B2C means Business-to-Consumer i. e. webshops and teleshopping.

C2C means Consumer-to-Consumer. This is the type of business model that facilitates interaction between customers and where customers can trade with each other, typically in an online environment. On this platform anyone can put up products on sale without any middleman, to be bought by any end consumer.

Equally a website can still be categorized as Static or Dynamic

A website is said to be static if it is written in plain HTML and what is in the code of the page is what is displayed to the user.

A dynamic website is one that is written using a server-side scripting language such as PHP, ASP, JSP, or Coldfusion. In such a site, the content is called in by the scripting language from other files or from a database depending on actions taken by the user.
